On Monday, February 8, 2010 at the age of 76, Mrs. Jean "Jenny" Talbot (nee Marciszyn) of Red Deer, formerly of Airdrie, Alberta, embraced and surrounded by her family, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre in Red Deer, Alberta. Jenny was born on February 3, 1934 at Selkirk, Manitoba. She is survived by her husband and lifelong love of 55 years, Les Talbot; her children Anne (Bert) Bell, Joe Talbot, Louis (Lorelys) Talbot, Barb Martin and Charlie Talbot. Jenny is also survived by her grandchildren, Michelle (Noah) Bell, Matthew Bell, Brett Talbot, Marty Talbot, Kyle and Chelsea Talbot, Kim and Bea Martin, Marcos Horscheck, Athena Reign; great grandchildren Keja and Travis; big brother Bob (Monique) Marciszyn as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families. With her passing, Jenny will be reunited with her mother, Annie Krauss, her step father , Louis Krauss, her brothers Mike and Joe and sister Rose. Jenny lived her life as a loving wife, mom, grandma and great grandma, her legacy of selflessness, love, and strength will inspire us forever. Memorial donations in Jenny's memory may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, 4730 A - Ross Street, Red Deer, Alberta T4N 1X2. A Celebration of Jenny's life will be held at EVENTIDE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4820 - 45 Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 12:00 noon.
