CRAWFORD Jeanne Jeanne Crawford went to be with God on November 22, 2008. Left to mourn her death is her loving daughter, Leslie Ann, brother Lawrence Morrisroe, son-in-law Ian Davidson, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Theresa Jeanne in 2006 and her husband Melvin in 1991. She was also predeceased by her homesteader parents Edward and Catherine Morrisroe, sisters Mary, Catherine, Margaret, Elizabeth, and brothers Joe and James. Born in Innisfail, Jeanne grew up in the Pine Hill District until she came to Red Deer to finish her schooling. She married Melvin Crawford in 1948. Throughout her life, she was spunky and sparkly. Truly a woman of the heart with a deep faith, she went through her illness with incredible grace and fortitude. She will be forever cherished and deeply missed. Sincere gratitude to Dr. Nav Rattan and all you "treasured beings" who offered support in so many ways. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, November 28 at 11 am. at Sacred Heart Church (5508-48 A Avenue in Red Deer) followed by a lunch.
