It is with great Sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Mary Donald on January 15, 2022 at the age of 61 years. Joan passed peacefully at the Red Deer Hospice with family at her bedside, after a three year courageous battle with cancer. Joan was born October 12, 1960 and lived a beautiful and full life with her husband of forty-one years, John. Together they raised two children, Crystal (Jerry) and Scott (Amanda). Joan was beautiful inside and out and some of her favourite times were spent being 'Nana' to Kendall, Chloe, James and baby on the way. Joan will be missed terribly by all that knew her and remembered for her generous personality, caring nature and strength. Joan is survived by John's loving parents, Jack and Joan Donald Sr. and was predeceased by her loving parents, Jim and Jessie Caddy. At this time, the family grieves privately and will host a private service at a later date due to covid restrictions.
