Joan Marie
Joan Marie Rix passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Saturday, December 27 at the age of 58. Her final few days were spent surrounded by family and friends. Joan always had a smile on her face and wore her heart on her sleeve. She is survived by her loving parents, Bill and Lois Deneff; brother, Billy; sister, Eva. Joan was predeceased by her husband Russell Rix, together they leave behind two beautiful daughters, Angie and Krista; grandson, Kaleb. She will also be remembered by her mother-in-law, Judy; brothers and sisters-in-law, Pat, Mike, Linda and Trudy as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held at Red Deer Funeral Home, 6150 - 67 Street, Red Deer, AB on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded to family and friends at www.reddeerfuneralhome.com
