John Charles North, 87, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on November 29, 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Gloria; daughters Diane North and Donna (Dave) Sidwell; grandchildren Jeff (Alicia), Deanna (Cory), Jared, Dylan and Devon; three great-grandchildren; sister Renie; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by an infant daughter, Cheryl; parents Bob and Irene; and brother Peter.
The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare, Red Deer for their caring and support.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Red Deer Funeral Home, 6150 - 67 Street, Red Deer.
