DOUGLAS, John "Jack" Thomas

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend to so many.
Jack was born on March 18, 1951 in Sarnia, Ontario. He passed away at the age of 66 years on March 29, 2017 at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta.
Survivors include his three children, Jason Douglas (Alicia) and two grandchildren Sarah and Emma of Lacombe, Alberta; Kristina Douglas of Edmonton, Alberta and John Douglas of Lacombe, Alberta; his two sisters Deborah Gillis of London, Ontario and Pat Davis of San Antonio, Florida; as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Jack was predeceased by his mother Lilian Gillis and father John Douglas of Sarnia, Ontario.
A Celebration of Jack's life will be held at the Sheraton Red Deer Hotel, 3310 50 Ave Red Deer, Alberta, T4N3X9 on Saturday April 22, 2017 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
