Born in Caraquet, New Brunswick April 15, 1925 to Ernest and Celina Sisk and passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on September 25, 2018 at the age of 93 years.
Predeceased by his first wife Rolla, second wife Frances and brothers Austin, Vincent and Ernest. Pat is survived by his children Cynthia (Tom), Shawn, Kevin, Neil and three grandchildren Jennifer, Lloyd (Andrea) and Jamie (Christopher), brothers Frank (Mina), Tom (Madeline) and sisters Margaret, Gertie, Mary (Jim), Anne (George), and sister-in-law Helen.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Sacred Heart Church, 5508 48a Ave. Red Deer. Please wear Pat's favorite color to the Celebration of life.
