It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Joseph Edward John 'Joe' Van Someren, due to ill health, at Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the age of 34 years.
Joe was born on October 27, 1984 at Red Deer, Alberta. He enjoyed watching movies and cartoons, and building various types of models in his spare time.
Joe lived his life all across Western Canada, following his dreams and passions. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends; whether it was going for a slush or just taking the time to sit and talk. He enjoyed many happy years with people from all walks of life.
Joe will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Kathleen, his father, Ken, his brother, Nathan (Taryn), and his grandma, Clarie; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends.
Joe was predeceased by his grandma, Sharon, his grandpa, Bud, his grandpa, John and a sister, Alexis.
A Celebration of Joe's Life will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 - 67 A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
