It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Josephine (Josie) Melissa Dyck on December 27, 2012 at Red Deer Regional Hospital at the age of 87 years. Josie was born on August 23, 1925 in Hanna Alberta, to Gertrude and Joseph Faubion. Josie will be sadly missed by her husband of 69 years, Herb; sons, Paul (Marilyn), Rick (Murrie), Gerald (Anne), Dan (Pat), Harold (Wendy), Sheldon and daughter, Sherry (Barry) McDonald, 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, brother Ray (Betty)Faubion, sister Mary King, numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was predeceased by her daughter, Judy, in 1969. Memorial service at Bethany Baptist Church 3901-44 St., Red Deer on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Delburne Gospel Church, The Doorway,Gideon's,
or Samaritan's Purse.
