Joyce McDonald formerly of Red Deer Ab. and Linden Ab. and recently of Tavistock Ont., passed away peacefully in her 81st year on March 7, 2014. She is survived by her husband Bruce, and children; Marni Klaver ( Ted) of Red Deer Ab., Colleen Markus also of Red Deer Ab., Cindy McKenna of Paisley Ont., Ron Carson (Louise) of Kirkland Lake, Ont., Peggy Verbakel (John)of Bright, Ont., Karen Round (Alan) of Sarnia, Ont., and Warren McDonald (Helene) of London, Ont., as well as numerous children and great grand children. Many will remember her as the Mayor of Linden Ab. for many years as well as for her active involvement in many community boards and foundations. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
