SHANNON Justin William Shannon of Caroline, Alberta passed away on November 26, 2007 at the age of 24 years. Justin was born in Innisfail on March 3, 1983. He was raised in Innisfail and area for 15 years and then moved to Sylvan Lake until September 2006 and then into Caroline until his passing. Justin loved camping, biking and parachuting. Justin worked in the north country as a seismic drillers assistant and also drywalling with his Dad and brothers. Justin only had to look at you with his big smile and warm brown eyes and you knew you were special to him. We love you and we miss you Justin. He is survived by his Mom and Dad, Brian & Lorna Gibbon of Caroline; brothers Clayton Gibbon of Sylvan Lake and Stephen Gibbon of Innisfail; sisters Shelley (David) Mitchell of Eaglesham and Jody Bloss of Red Deer; grandparents Roy (Marg) Shannon of Innisfail; father Ken Shewkenek of Olds and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; nephews, nieces and many very special friends. Justin was predeceased by grandparents Elmer & Agnes Shannon, grandparents Bill & Marg Shewkenek; nephew Devin Howell; Uncle "Spot" Jim Gibbon; great uncle Clarence Chapin and special uncles Dwayne and Normie and many other special people. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to AADAC. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 21, 2007 at 1:00pm at Bethany Lutheran Church in Dickson.
