Mrs. Kathleen Louise Arb (nee Johnson), of Red Deer County, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on January 1, 2014 at the age of 85 years. Kathleen is survived by her children; Carol (Lorne) Maki, David (Brenda) Arb and Brenda (Paul) Hankins; grandchildren Troy (Shelley Nicholson) Maki, Kristy (Alex) Sirdar, Chad (Charlene) Arb, Pamela (Parker) Bettenson, Kimberley (Jordan) Cryer and Anna, Samuel, Benjamin, Matthew, Elizabeth, Joseph, Luke and Mary Grace Hankins; great grandchildren Haley, Cassidy, Breanna, Emily, Kessler, Ryan, Evelyn, David Daxson, Claire and Dekker. Also to cherish Kathleen’s memory are her brothers Bill (Laurie) Johnson, Jim (Maxine) Johnson; sister Phyllis McCullough; sister-in-law Daphne Johnson as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Kathleen (Kay) was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alvin, in 1983 and brothers Norman and Malcolm. A sincere THANK YOU to Dr. Mah and the many health care professionals who have helped Kathleen through her numerous health issues in the last number of years. A Funeral Service will be held at the Deer Park Alliance Church, 2960-39 St., Red Deer, Alberta on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Central Alberta Cancer Centre, 3942 – 50 A Avenue, P.O.
