Mr. Ken Bill Toy of Red Deer, Alberta passed away peacefully, with his wife and son, Lee by his side at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Monday, December 1, 2014 at the age of 84 years. Bill was a loving husband to his wife, Mary of sixty-four years; caring father to his children, Lee, Art (Yvonne), Patty (Kevin), Gordon and Debbie; devoted grandfather to his grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel, Jason and Janine; and loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Bill will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Lowi Gee Toy; older brother, Kam Wing and older sister, Kam Chung.
