KIEMELE 1922 - 2009 Mr. George Miles Kiemele of Red Deer passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at the age of 86 years. George was born on September 26, 1922 in Majorville, Alberta. He was and remains a beloved and cherished father, brother, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his two sons, Gordon (Lolita) of Calgary, Alberta, Kenneth (Debbie) of Whitehorse, his two daughters, Shirley (Joe) Drummond of Brampton, Ontario, Joanne Irwin (Phil) of Red Deer, Alberta, eleven grandchildren, three brothers and five sisters. George was predeceased by his wife, Mary Catherine, five brothers, one sister and two grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 - 45 Street, Red Deer on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of his life and funeral luncheon will also be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 35, 2810 Bremner Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Red Deer Cemetery.
