It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Kristen on the morning of June 4, 2014, in Alberta. Kristen was born on January 13, 1987, in Prince George British Columbia. As a child Kristen grew up in Mackenzie, British Columbia before relocating to Alberta as a young adult. Kristen was predeceased by her Grandmother Doreen McDonald and Grandfather Myles McDonald. Kristen is survived by her Father, Dale McDonald of Edmonton, Alberta; and Mother Liane McDonald of Clearwater, British Columbia. She was a loving Mother and Wife who will be deeply missed by her spouse Jusuf Izairi and six beautiful children, Aliyah, Merita, Ali, Ejmma, Amira, and Kailah, all of Stettler, Alberta; Brother Jeremy McDonald of Edmonton, Alberta; Sister Jenika (Dwayne) Debolt, and special Niece and Nephew Ava and Karsen Debolt all of Red Deer, Alberta. Kristen will also be fondly remembered by her "Oma" Erika Ackermann of Osoyoos, British Columbia; Grandmother Annette McDonald of Keremeos, British Columbia, as well as, numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends from all over the world including Canada, Europe, and Indonesia. Kristen was an adventurous soul that adored travel, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on her favorite UFC Competitors. She loved her children with all of her heart and was so very proud of them. Kristen, we will miss your delightful and infectious laugh. Your memory will live on within the hearts of many, never to be forgotten. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Chapel of the Sylvan Lake Funeral Home 5019 47A Ave. Sylvan Lake, AB on Thursday June 12th, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Cremation entrusted to the Rocky Mountain Crematorium.
