DAVIES Kyle Darrell July 17, 1991 - Sept. 25, 2009 Born: Calgary, Alberta Kyle Davies passed away suddenly at home September 25, 2009. He will be sadly missed by his family: Jacqueline Davies, mother; Darrel Reinboldt, father; Grandparents: Terry Pambrun (Calgary), Anne and Joe Reinboldt (Saskatoon) Mervin Elder (Calgary) and Tony (Poppa) and Fern Hourie (Calgary). We (grandparents) Maureen and Mike Elder became Kyle's legal guardians when he was five years old and he became the son we could never have. He also leaves behind his sister, Jennifer Davies and his nephew, Preston; Great - uncle, Roger Davies of Calgary and his beloved Uncle and mentor, Lane Hourie (Calgary); Aunt and Uncles: Racquelle and Shayne Cormack; Stephanie and David Elder; and Peggy Jackson (Saskatoon) ; surrogate sister, Stephanie Harrison; the many aunts and uncles on the Reinboldt side of the family and the Pambrun family. He also was a big brother to our two other sons, Andy and Charlie Carter. He also leaves behind many cousins, friends, and Stephanie June George, who held a special place in his heart. In his short life Kyle had many dreams and adventures; the highlight of which was becoming a member of the Canadian Armed Forces; Princess Patricia Light Infantry. He received an honorable discharge a few months ago due to an injury. In lieu of flowers we would ask you say a prayer for our Canadian Soldiers who are serving overseas; that God might bring them all home safely. I know that this is what Kyle would have asked of you. A Funeral Service for the late Kyle Davies will be held on Wednesday, September 30th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Red Deer Funeral Home (6150, 67 Street, Red Deer, AB) with Pastor Dave Bayduza Officiating.
