Larry SUTTER

SUTTER Larry Douglas Sutter passed away December 2, 2006 in Calgary at the age of 60 years. He started his career in the banking industry and then went on to own Eleo's Soup & Sandwich in Red Deer. He then ran the concessions and Heritage Ranch Restaurant for the City of Red Deer. He retired and moved to Calgary and spent the remainder of his life traveling extensively and playing bridge with his extended bridge family. In 2006, he was awarded the Life Master award from the American Contract Bridge League. This was a great accomplishment that he worked at for many years and was very proud of. Larry is survived by his sister Donna (Ken) Bunch of Olds; brother Roddy (Linda) Lidberg of Red Deer; his nieces and nephew Christina, Brandon and Nicole Bunch all of Olds; his 2 aunts Lilly (Chester) Chrzanowski of Edmonton and Annie (Harold) Kjorlien of Kinsella as well as his extended bridge family. He was predeceased by his father Stanley Sutter and his parents Victor and Nora Lidberg. In keeping with Larry's wishes, no funeral service will be held. Memorial donations may be made directly to the Alberta Kidney Foundation or the Diabetes Association. As a tribute to Larry Sutter, a tree will be planted in the Heartland Tree Memorial Park, Olds.
