LEE Mrs. Harry (Cheung Tai) Lee of Red Deer, went peacefully to be with the Lord at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at the age of 97 years. Cheung Tai was born in Kwang Tung, China. She was married to Harry Lee of Tai Wan, China at the age of sixteen. Together they raised one son and one daughter. In 1968, Cheung Tai immigrated to Canada to help her husband with the Diner Cafe Restaurant. She will be remembered for her loving and generous heart and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Cheung Tai will be lovingly remembered by her daughter-in-law, Siu To Lee of Los Angeles, daughter, Eva Kam Tam (Tom Fook Tam) of Red Deer, four grandsons; Kit Lee (Elisie Lee) of Los Angeles, Siulun Tam of Washington State, Siu-Fai Tam of Vancouver, Siuwing Tam (Kar Lai Tam) of Vancouver, great grandson, Marcus and great granddaughter, Jennifer of Los Angeles. Cheung Tai was predeceased by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tam, husband, Harry and son, Robert. All are welcome to come and pay their respects at Eventide Funeral Chapel, Red Deer, Alberta on Monday evening between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. A Celebration of Cheung Tai’s Life will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 – 45th Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with The Reverend Kenneth Kam officiating. Interment will follow at the Red Deer Cemetery, Red Deer, Alberta.
