Leonard passed away at Extendicare in Red Deer, Alberta on July 15, 2014 at the age of 78. He was born in Medicine Hat but spent most of his adult life in the Red Deer area. Leonard is survived by his sister Marie; brothers, Larry and Nat and their families. He is also survived by his special nephew, Robert Cook; nieces, Linda, Bonnie and Natasha and their families. Leonard was predeceased by his mother and father as well as his sister, Eileen. A family service and internment in Medicine Hat, AB is planned at a later date.
