Leontine CHRISTIANSON

CHRISTIANSON Leontine Eleonora Christianson passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on July 22, 2008 at the age of 77 years. Eleonora was born February 26, 1931 in Craigmyle, AB. She moved to Alix with her family in 1945. There she met and married Earl Christianson on August 8, 1949 and raised their 3 children, and resided there until her passing. She is survived by her son Dwaine (June) Christianson of Westlock, AB., her daughters Carollynn (Barry) Bergh of Clive, AB., Marilyn (Walter) Lloyd of Bentley, AB., grandchildren Jason (Kari) Sutley of Alix, AB., Gradie Hronek of Sylvan Lake, AB., Scott (Kathy) Harty of Blackfalds, AB., Nekita (Jay) Lloyd of Sylvan Lake, AB., and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother Ida Strohschein of Red Deer, AB., and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Eleonora's life will be held from the Alix Community Hall on Friday, July 25, 2008 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, #101, 5208-53 Ave., Red Deer, AB. T4N 5K2.
