OTTO Lewis Lewis Vernon Otto passed away peacefully at the Lacombe Hospital Care Center on January 21, 2009 at the age of 77 years. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him, but we are so grateful for our time together. Lewis was born in Kindersley Saskatchewan on March 21, 1931 and moved with his family to Lacombe in 1948 where he farmed most of his life. Lewis is survived by his children, Shirley Law and Donna (Roman) Chubey, four grandchildren, Greg (Cheryl) Law, Brenda Law, Carolynn (Kurtis) Martin, Quentin (Riley) Wright and four great grandchildren Shaelynn and Ashley Law and Hailey and Shyla Martin; his brother Stan (Barb) Otto and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as his sisters and brothers-in-law. He was predeceased by his wife of forty-four years, Dorothy (Moore), his parents Christina and Alex Otto, and brother Melvin and his wife Enid Otto. Lewis was a gentle soul and will be remembered for his ready smile and his quiet nature. A celebration of Lewis' life will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, January 26, 2009 at Wilson's Funeral Chapel 6120 Highway 2A, Lacombe Alberta.
