Lloyd James Brownlee
Passed away peacefully at his home in Denver, Co. on November 16, 2009. Cancer took him for a journey no one should have to go on. Born Innisfail, AB. September 19, 1941 to, father, James Henry 1909-1959, mother, Frances Katherine 1918-2003 Lloyd was predeceased by his grandparents, parents and his brother, Raymond Douglas in December 2006 Lloyd will be remembered by his business partner and loving wife, Gerri; three sons; Jim (Arlene) Alex & Joanna; Terry (Jennifer) Tyler; Jesse & Jordan; Duane(Kendra) Aaron & Amelia Mother of his sons, Helen Brownlee and her family; step-son, Mark Gilkyson (Cindy Jones) Spencer, Carter & Gracie; step-daughter Michelle Gilkyson (Dennis Hamonic)Andrea, Marshal & Jessy; Brothers Gary (Marg); John (Edme) Sisters, Elaine (Gord), Linda (Rick); numerous nieces and nephews. As a young adult, Lloyd would sell Christmas trees, shovel snow, work at the local bowling alley. He loved fast cars and Country music. Lloyd worked for the RCAF Banff Springs HOTEL (cooking), Eckville hotel restaurant, Lane Wells, Dresser Atlas and Reality Executives.
