Lorenz Jessen Elberg of Calgary, Alberta passed away on Monday, October 18th, 2021, at the age of 92. After several months of declining health, Lorenz died peacefully. Lorenz was born in Denmark, on December 17, 1928. In Denmark, he pursued his career as a mason. He married his love, Tilly Louise Jessen. They immigrated to Canada in the mid-1950s and originally settled in Stettler, Alberta. Lorenz was preceded in death by his wife Tilly Louise Elberg in 2000 and daughter-in-law Jane in 1999. Lorenz is survived by his son Michael, his wife Cheryl, and daughter Rayna; his son Douglas and his daughters Amanda, Rachelle, Casandra, and Kandace; his daughter Janet and her sons Tyson, his wife Britt, and Trent.
