Mrs. Loretta Evelyn Thompson (nee Pillman) passed away peacefully at the Covenant Care, Villa Marie, Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, April 18, 2014 at the age of 88 years. She was born on June 22, 1925 at Castor, Alberta. Loretta leaves to mourn her passing, her family, Tom (Janice) Mansell, Donna Henfrey, Robert (Lori) Mansell, all of Red Deer, Brenda (David) Davis of British Columbia, four grandchildren, Dana (Jason) Sansregret of Consort, Alberta, Breanna and Jordyn Mansell of Red Deer, and Shane Mansell of Red Deer, three great grandchildren, Cole, Sage and Jayde Sansregret of Consort. She is also survived by a brother, Ken (Edith) Pillman of Rimbey, Alberta, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Loretta was predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Laura (nee Logan) Pillman At Loretta's request, no Funeral Service will be held. In loving memory of our mother, a tree will be planted at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium's Memorial Tree Park, Gasoline Alley, Red Deer, Alberta.
