BENJAMIN Lorne Douglas 1940 - 2008 Loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend Lorne passed away suddenly on Wednesday January 30, 2008. He leaves to mourn his wife Christine Benjamin of Blackfalds, four children; Keith (Tamara) Benjamin of Blackfalds, Karen Benjamin of Red Deer, Shelly Lesyk (Shawn Woitas) of Lacombe, sisters Yvonne Cowan of Gainsborough, Sask. Mavis (Frank) Hawker of Love, Sask., Irene Hanson (John), a brother Larry (Mary Ellen) Benjamin and Barbara Stoesz, all of Glen Ewen, Sask, Ken McMillian of Oxbow, Sask. and Glen (Joanne) Benjamin of Lloydminster, AB, as well a numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son Kevin Lesyk of Rimbey. Lorne loved all nine of his grandchildren, Gena, Regan, Ryland, Brianna, Brendan, Chantal, Danielle, Dustin, Cheyanne and a great granddaughter, Madison. "Poppa Bear" will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
