Ms. Lydia Schmick of Red Deer, Alberta passed away with family and friends by her side on Friday, November 27, 2009 at the age of 89 years. Lydia was born on December 15, 1919 in Saskatchewan, Lydia will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by her nieces, Kay and Debbie, along with her friends at the Central Alberta Residence Society. Lydia was predeceased by her brothers, Jake and Alex, and a sister, Emilia. A funeral Service will be held for Lydia at EVENTIDE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4820 - 45 Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Friday December 4, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Alto - Reste Cemetery, Red Deer, Alberta.
