HOLMES, LYNDA 1951 - 2006 Lynda Holmes, beloved wife of Glenn Holmes, of Calgary, finally gave way to cancer on Friday, July 14, 2006 at the age of 54 years. Besides her loving husband Glenn, Lynda leaves behind her two treasured sons, Matthew and MacGregor; and her brother Syd. She says her final goodbyes to all her family in Red Deer, her many friends at the Foothills Hospital where she worked, all of her good friends and co-workers at the Sports Medicine Clinic at the University of Calgary, and especially a fond farewell to her good holidaying buddies.
