RANGEN Mabel Rangen of Eckville, Alberta passed away Sunday, May 3, 2009 at the Northcott Care Center in Ponoka at the age of 101 years. She will be forever remembered by her sons Allen (Janet) of Red Deer, Glenn (Avril) of Eckville, daughter Amber Land of Eckville and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mabel is also survived by her seven sisters; one brother and numerous relatives. She was predeceased by her husband Trygue, sons Melvin and Roy, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. A Celebration of Life will be held for Mabel Rangen at the Gilby Community Hall on Friday, May 8, 2009 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Eckville Manor or the charity of one's choice.
