MacBeth 1989 - 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James (Jym) Reed MacBeth, beloved son of Garnett and Laurie MacBeth, brother of Scott MacBeth, of Red Deer County, Alberta on Saturday September 19th, 2009. Jamie passed on peacefully, at home, with his loving family by his side at the age of 20 years. Jamie was born May 1st, 1989 at Red Deer, Alberta. He attended Poplar Ridge Elementary, and his years spent there were some of the happiest times of his life. After graduating from grade nine at Camille. J. Larouge, Jamie continued his schooling at home. He will be lovingly remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, and his positive outlook on life. His faith in God carried him through the difficult times and gave him the strength to accept his illness with dignity. Jamie leaves to mourn his loss his parents, Garnett and Laurie MacBeth, of Red Deer County, Alberta, brother Scott MacBeth also of Red Deer County, Alberta, Grandparents, John and Elaine MacBeth, of Red Deer, Alberta, Grandparents, Walter and Olive Hatfield of Calgary, Alberta, Aunts and Uncles, Hugh (Darva) MacBeth and families, of Red Deer, Alberta, Debbie (Gary) Koroluk, and family, as well as Carla (Larry) Adamson, and family, all of Calgary, Alberta, along with many loving, treasured friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Teresa Davies, Maureen Scott, Debbie Ramage, and all of the other caregivers for their extraordinary care and devotion to Jamie, as well as to all of the close friends, and family that have helped over the years. A Celebration of Jamie's life will be held on Friday September 25th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the CrossRoads Church, QE II and 32nd Street, Red Deer, Alberta, followed by a Private Interment held at the Burnt Lake Cemetery, Red Deer County, Alberta.
