With heavy hearts, the children of Rod MacDonald announce his peaceful passing Aug 30, 2018 at the age of 94.
Dad (a twin) was born April 2, 1924 in a family of 6 children. Rod is survived by his 2 sons Merv (Shari) and Hank (Judy) and his 2 daughters Mona and Trish (Craig) and 13 grandchildren and 14 great granchildren. He is also survived by his sister Marg and brother Don.
A memorial service for Rod will be held on Sept 14, 2018 @ 11 am St. Mary's Church, 6 McMillan Ave, Red Deer, AB T4N 5X8. In Lieu of flowers, donations will be great fully accepted by:
