BECKLEY MacGregor W. 1937- 2007 It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Mac Beckley, loving husband to Marg Beckley, father to sons, Doug Beckley of Sylvan Lake, Jim Beckley of Calgary and daughter, Tara (Patrick) Monaghan of Red Deer, grandfather to, Amber and DeMaury MacSephney, Emily Beckley, Kieran and Grace Monaghan and brother to Dennis (Keitha) Beckley, Shirley (Bernie) Wilkie and Frances Seabrandt. Mac was born in Red Deer as was his father, Pat Beckley. He lived, played and worked his entire life here in Red Deer. Mac worked as a Sheet Metal Mechanic and was co-owner, with Austin Ward of Cremac Metals. He loved curling, camping, fishing, cross country skiing, the comradery of the campers and golfers at the Bashaw Golf and Country Club but most of all Mac loved his family. He was predeceased by his Father and Mother, Pat and Margaret Beckley, a sister, Sheila Campbell, special uncle and aunt, Jeff and Gladys Pewtress and two brothers-in-law. A Funeral Service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 4718 Ross Street, Red Deer on Friday, January 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Alto-Reste Cemetery.
