Mrs. Margaret Mae ‘Maggie’ Armstrong of Red Deer, Alberta passed away peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2023 at the age of 81 years. Maggie was born on December 14, 1941, in Okotoks, Alberta. She was the chosen daughter of Earle and Mary Brinton of Okotoks, Alberta.
Maggie was predeceased by her parents, her beloved husband, Jack Armstrong and her nephew, Danny Brinton.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Sheila (Tim) Fairbank; her grandchildren, Emily and Jonathan Fairbank all of Black Creek, British Columbia; her brother, Bruce Brinton of Red Deer, Alberta; her stepchildren, Jody Armstrong and Susan Armstrong of Okotoks, Alberta; her best friend of sixty years, Mary Kay Robert of Innisfail, Alberta; and her special girls, Cindy, Elaine, Dawn and Linda of Red Deer, Alberta.
A Celebration of Maggie’s Life will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 – 67A Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
