Mom was a strong independent woman living in her own house up until the end, as she wanted. She was an avid reader who always had a good book close by, she had a date with the Blue Jays every time they took to the field and loved time spent in her garden. But more than her sweet peas, more than anything, she loved her big family of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her strength carried her through many difficult times and allowed her to help others through their own challenges. Her family is so grateful for the unique and special ways she touched each of their lives. She was loved and will be greatly missed.
