In loving memory ~
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Marilynn Katherena Sept on Monday, June 6, 2022 in Red Deer, Alberta at the age of 86 years. Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, auntie, and friend to many. Marilynn mastered all these roles with loving kindness and enthusiasm. Marilynn is survived by her daughters, Lynn (Dave) Smith of Castlegar, British Columbia and Sandy Thomson (Darryl) of Olds, Alberta; her sons, Les (Pam) Sept of Vernon, British Columbia, and Sheldon (Heather) Sept of Lethbridge, Alberta. Along with eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren, her brother, Vance (Rita) Elder of Calgary, Alberta; and her sister, Maureen Heckbert of St Albert, Alberta. Marilynn was predeceased by her husband, Larry Sept; her mother and her father, Rene and Vance Elder; and her son-in-law, Dick Thomson.
A Memorial Service will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 - 67A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
