It is with deep sadness to announce the passing of Marinus "Rien" Meinen on September 9, 2018.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Gery, son Ryan (Rachelle), daughters; Shannon (Jamie), Dominique (Brock), and Zoe (Carson), and grandchildren Nate & Finley.
For those who are wishing to pay their final respects may do so on Friday, September 14th at the Sylvan Lake Funeral Home, 5019 47a Avenus, Sylvan Lake, AB at 6:00pm.
A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 15 at the Sylvan Lake Alliance Community Church, 4404 47 Avenue, Sylvan Lake, AB at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at the Burnt Lake Cemetery followed by lunch at the church.
