McARTHUR Bonny Lynn "Bubby" (nee Harsany) Bonny McArthur, beloved wife of Bob McArthur of Calgary, Alberta, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2009 at the age of 49 years. Bonny was born on September 7, 1959 in Lethbridge, AB, where she received her education. Her career took her through numerous business ventures and eventually led to Greengate Garden Centre in Calgary where she fulfilled her life long passion of "dirt digging". Bonny loved every living thing with a special fondness for animals. Besides her loving husband Bob, she is also survived by her cat, "Sedona"; her mother, Emma Harsany of Lethbridge; brother, Craig and Jill Harsany (Claye, Reese) of High River; sister, Jeannie Harsany-Barnard and Steve Barnard of Charleston, SC; brother, Randy Harsany and Suzie Allan of Calgary; father-in-law, Larry and Sherry McArthur; mother-in-law, Marilyn McArthur; sister-in-law, Tari Klein and Carman Grandbois (Taylor, grandson Brayden); sister-in-law Tracy and Daryl Teron (Courtney, Chase, Jesse); brother-in-law Darren and Tammy McArthur (Blair, Brady, Teona, Ty), all of Red Deer. She also had numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends. Bonny was predeceased by her loving father Alec Harsany; grandparents, Andrew and Elizabeth Baczuk, Andrew and Julia Harsany, Thora (Pat) Boychuck; and niece Teagan Klein. Bonny faced her biggest challenges with courage, strength and determination. We will remember Bonny by her gentle touch, feisty spirit and contagious laugh. A private family service was held.
