With heavy hearts our family announces the peaceful passing of Milton Arnold Proctor.

His family including his daughters: Bonnie (Rick) Hollingsworth, Verla Proctor, Trudy (Allan) Hiebert, and Patti (Jeff) Parker, and his grand-children; Jeff (Crystal) Zinken, Jennifer (Dave) Jackson, Gina Page, Tara and Hayley Hiebert, Brodie and Alexa Parker, and his great granddaughters; Alyssa and Dakota Jackson, Abby and Brooke Zinken are grieving the loss of his loving presence. After 54 years of marriage, Milt was predeceased by his loving wife, Shirley, in 2005.

Milt was born into a large close knit family in Mervin, Saskatchewan. The solid values he learned from his parents held him in good stead throughout his lifetime. He was predeceased by his siblings; Cameron Proctor, Lloyd Proctor, Monica Blacklaws, and Lynden Shier. His sister, Patricia Bingham, and his extended family are also mourning his passing.

Milt enjoyed a long and successful career with AGT. Well into his eighties, he was a proud member of the Red Deer Curling Club. He will be remembered for the things he loved best: being surrounded by family and friends, the Oilers and Eskimos, spending time at Gull Lake, hobby-farming, horses, sports, reading, and music. A full life well lived!

A come-and-go memorial tea will be held from 2:00-5:00 pm on Friday, January 6, 2017 at the Sheraton Hotel - 3310 50th Avenue, Red Deer.
