MOLLAN, 1956 - 2006 Heather May Mollan, beloved wife of Ryan, of Red Deer, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, after a valiant fight with cancer at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Monday, July 17, 2006 at the age of 50 years. Heather was born on February 13, 1956 at North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Heather was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and a dear friend. She especially loved and cherished her grandchildren and spending time with them. Heather loved the outdoors and greatly enjoyed spending time in her flower gardens each summer. She also loved collecting antiques in her spare time. Heather was a very lovely and special lady who cherished the life she had to the fullest. She will be very deeply missed but lovingly remembered and forever cherished in the hearts of her family and dear friends. Heather leaves to mourn her loss, her loving husband, Ryan of Red Deer, her children, Michelle Mollan (Mark) of Calgary, Alberta and Angela Mollan (Adam), also of Red Deer and her grandchildren, Giovanni and Odessa Mollan. She will also be sadly missed by her sister, Maureen Mollan and her brother, Rick (Sandy) Mollan, all of Red Deer, her nephews, Joel and Jordan Mollan, and her dear friends. Heather was predeceased by her parents, Monica and Dick Mollan. A Public Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 6 McMillan Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Red Deer Cemetery, Red Deer, Alberta.
