MOONEY 1914- 2009 Mrs. Elizabeth Mooney of Pines Lodge, Red Deer passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the age of 95 years. Elizabeth was born on July 7, 1914 at Nemiscam, Alberta. Elizabeth was predeceased by her loving husband of over 50 years on November 12, 1991. Elizabeth is survived by her eight children, Margaret, Maureen (John Short), Helen, Michael (Shirley), Dan (Clare Heffernan), Pat (Andy Weresch), Terry (Randy Davis) and Kevin (Nancy); eighteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; a brother, three sisters and many nieces and nephews. Prayers will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 - 45 Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated from the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5508 - 48A Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, August 7, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Red Deer Cemetery, Red Deer.
