CHORNEY, Morna On May 16, 2005 Mrs. Morna Chorney of Ponoka passed away at the age of 63 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Bill; son Darcy (Jennifer) of Richmond, Ontario; daughter Lorelee of Ponoka; grandchildren Melissa, Shelby, Carlen, Baily, Holly, Chelsea and Lyla; special friends Emily Bell and Rick Andrus; brother Bob (Linda) of Calgary; sister Sheila of Victoria, B.C.; sister-in-law Flit Burns of Vancouver, B.C.; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Ed and Izola Burns and her brother Ron Burns. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19 at 7:00 p.m. at Bowker Funeral Home, 5137 - 50th Avenue in Ponoka. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 20 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ponoka United Church, 5020 - 52nd Avenue in Ponoka with the Interment Service following at the Forest Home Cemetery.
