Mr. Norman Albert Lindquist passed away with his Family by his side on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Bethany CollegeSide, Red Deer, Alberta. Norman will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 49 years, Lorna, son, Alen (Teresa) Lindquist and grandsons, Brandon and Justin, daughter, Carol (Leonard) Walter and granddaughters, Jennessa and Melissa, sister, Marion (Leon) Layden and family, sister-in-law, Fern Lindquist and family, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Norman was predeceased by his Mother, Annie, Father, Neil and a brother, Ernest. Relatives and Friends are invited to pay their respects at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 - 67 A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Norman will be held at the Westlock and District Community Hall, 10711 - 104th Avenue, Westlock, Alberta on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Merlin Affleck and Mildred Lindquist officiating. Interment will follow at the Mellowdale Community Cemetery.
