It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Muriel Jeannette Hayes on January 4, 2018, at the age of 88. Left to cherish her memory are her son Ken Hayes (Cheryl); daughters Marlene (Don Roberts) and Laurie (Craig Jensen); daughter-in-law Sharon Hayes; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren as well as one brother and five sisters. She will also be lovingly remembered by her large extended family and many close friends. Muriel was predeceased by husband Edward (Bud) and sons, Dave and Greg Hayes.
A celebration of Muriel's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 2810 - Bremner Ave., Red Deer AB on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the C.N.I.B. 4, 5015 - 48 St, Red Deer AB T4N 1S9 or to a charity of choice.
