On August 27, 2018, Murray passed away peacefully, at the Dulcina Hospice in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 64.
He was predeceased by his parents, Elmer and Bernice, and the love of his life, his wife Marjorie.
Murray will be lovingly remembered by his sons Sean (Natasha), Ryan; grandchildren Wyatt, Kyndalh, of Red Deer, Alberta. His brother Laurie and nephews Jayden and Mason of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, as well as his best friend and companion Sandra Coffey of Cochrane, Alberta. He is aslo survived by numerous family, friends and loved ones. He was known for his dry and twisted humour, his ball cap, and always being around curling whether it was playing, coaching or watching. He loved to teach his boys about the love of the outdoors and traveling far and wide. Memorial service will be held on September 6th,2018 at 11am at Eventide funeral home at 4820 45 street, Red Deer, Alberta.
