She married Larry Nash in 1977 and moved to Red Deer where they started and raised their family together. She was a loving mother to her children, a devoted partner to her husband, and a inspirational daughter and sister to her parents and siblings. She is greatly mourned and will be dearly missed by her husband Larry and her children Heather and David, all of Red Deer, her parents Ted and Cynthia Brock and her aunt Jean, all of Sidney , B.C. her brothers Geoff (Tannis), Ian, and Stuart (Jeanine), and her niece and nephews Alanna, Andrew, and Jackson, as well as by her many friends in Red Deer and elsewhere. Jane owned and operated the Red Deer Frame It store since 1988, meeting and serving many loyal customers over the years. In addition to her picture framing Jane was truly multi-talented: an avid do-it-yourselfer she completed an addition to the family home (largely by herself), and built a garage on the property as well. She did it all, from designing to plumbing, wiring, and roofing - then landscaping the result. She was a life-long learner, an accomplished knitter and seamstress, and an enthusiastic gardener, She enjoyed the company of family and friends, reading, camping, photography, and birdwatching. She possessed a great knowledge of wild plants and flowers. She was one in a million. In accordance with her wishes, a donation made in Jane's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
