NASLUND 1952- 2007 Valerie Ann Naslund passed away at her home on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at the age of 54 years. Valerie was born on December 30, 1952, at Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Predeceased by her parents, Victoria and Elmer Naslund, and a brother, Cleo, she is survived by her sister Sharon and husband Alec L'Hirondelle and her brother, Terry all of Red Deer as well as all her special "family" at the group home. The family would like to thank C.A.R.S for all of the wonderful and loving care they gave Valerie for the last 19 years. A Prayer Service will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820-45 Street, Red Deer, on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5508 48a Avenue, Red Deer, on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at the Red Deer Cemetery.
