Nathaniel WILDEBOER

June 7, 2008

WILDEBOER Nathaniel Steven On Tuesday, June 3, 2008 our precious baby boy, our "gift from God", passed peacefully from his daddy's arms into the Father's. After a courageous and well fought battle with cancer, our 'Thaniel is safe in the arms of Jesus - fully healed and running through that heavenly mansion! Nathaniel was born on October 31, 2006 in Red Deer, 5 weeks premature. He was a very healthy, happy, vibrant and beautiful child - always with a mischievous sparkle in his bright big blue eyes. At the age of 15 months he was diagnosed with a rare and difficult to treat brain tumor. And so began a journey that has forever changed our lives and made us better for it. His courage, his strength and his will to live and fight this vile disease have left a mark worthy of our remembrance. He could't speak many words and didn't walk on his own, but he could and did change lives for God. And now, our bubber boo, our precious boy, walks with Him in eternal glory. He is and always will be dearly missed and eternally loved by his parents, Steven and Angela Wildeboer of Lacombe, and his big brother, Japheth. And by many, many others. He is survived by grandparents, Bill and Eleanor Wildeboer of Lacombe, and Andy and Edna Woltjer of Bentley, by great-grandparents, Herman and Mini Woltjer and Simon and Henny Leenstra, both of Lacombe, by numerous Uncles, Aunts and cousins - Dr. David Wildeboer ("Uncle Doc"), Daniel Wildeboer and fiancée, Nicole Williams, Tim and Crystal Wildeboer (Julien, Chloe, Seth and Ethan), Randy and Sue Wildeboer (Reuben, Joshua and Jayda), David and Sarah (Woltjer) Grant (Shyanne and Faith), Amanda Woltjer, Mitchell Woltjer and Benjamin Woltjer, and by numerous great Uncles and Aunts and 2nd cousins. A celebration of Nathaniel's beautiful life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday June 9, 2008 at New Life Fellowship CRC, 7720-52 Ave, Red Deer, AB. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery, Lacombe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nathaniel's honor to the Kids with Cancer Society, Suite 307 College Plaza, 8215-112 Street, Edmonton, AB. T6G 2C8.
