CRESSEY Nicholas James Nov. 9, 1985 - July 1st, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved son and brother Nicholas. Nick grew up on the family farm in the Ridgewood district west of Red Deer. He graduated from Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School in Red Deer in 2003 and from SAIT's Welding Engineering Technology program in 2005. He then accepted a job with Nova Chemicals at Joffre, where he worked until his passing. Nick loved the farm and all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, camping, quading and snowmobiling. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his loving parents Wayne and Laurie, sister Erin, brother Joel, grandparents Edith Braithwaite and Evelyn and Stan Cressey, beloved girlfriend Brittany Judson, and many close aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Nick will be sadly missed by his many younger cousins for whom he was a constant source of entertainment and fun. Come and help us say goodbye to Nick at a Celebration of Life service which will be held at the Ridgewood Community Centre on Thursday, July 9th at 1:00 pm.
