Peacefully on February 18th, 2022 Norma Carol Morrisroe passed away at Michener Extendicare, where she resided for the past 10 years.
Norma was predeceased by her mother and father. She was survived by her brother Ron (Bonnie) Morrisroe of Parksville BC, and her sister Gail (Larry) Wyman of Red Deer and her numerous nieces and nephews.
Norma was born in Innisfail, Alberta on August 1, 1943. She attended school in Red Deer, Alberta and graduated from Lindsay Thurber. She then attended LPN school in Calgary, Alberta, and graduated in 1962. Over the years she worked in Toronto, Westlock and Innisfail.
Norma loved her animals and photography. She spent many hours taking pictures, especially ones of flowers and animals. She also enjoyed many handicrafts doing countless petit point pictures, hardanger, crochet and knitting.
At Norma's request there will be no funeral.
The family is sincerely grateful to the staff at Michener Extendicare for all the excellent care.
