Norval

Mr. Norval (Tiny) Schultz of Red Deer, AB passed away suddenly at the age of 79 as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Thursday, December 24, 2009. Norval was born June 4, 1930 in Bashaw, Alberta. In, 1959, Norval married Dianna Barritt of Mirror, AB and they spent 50 years together as husband and wife. Norval spent many years trucking & working in the oil patch in Africa, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Canada's Arctic. Throughout his many years his travels took him throughout all of Canada, most of the United States, South America, Europe, the British Isles, Mexico, and Jamaica. He loved model trains, crib, auction sales, classic cars, poker, lego, & watching the beavers in Waskasoo Creek. He was honest, loyal, and valued his family and friends. Norval will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by Dianna, his beloved wife of fifty years; three children: Mark of Calgary, AB, Noranna Krebs (Wayne) of Sylvan Lake, and Teena Edmundson (Jason Leach) of Paris, ON. He also leaves, four grandchildren: Trevor Edmundson of Edmonton, AB, Dawn- Summer Langerak (Matthew) of Ottawa, ON, and Connor and Heidi Krebs of Sylvan Lake and one great- granddaughter, Michaela of Ottawa, ON. Also mourning his passing are his many sister and brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews, numerous relatives, close friends, & his beloved cat

Ballou. Norval was predeceased by his parents Adolf (Atz) and Wilhelmene (Minnie) Schultz of Bashaw. A funeral service will be held at, 2 pm on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5227 C & E Trail, Lacombe Alberta. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Red Deer & District SPCA. Further Information to follow.
