PAGE Mrs. Marguerite Page (Ward) treasured wife of the late Wallace Edgar Page, precious mother of Marie and Fiona, loving mother in law of Jim (Leach) and Glen (Brandt), dearly loved grandma of Domenyk, Kristian, Alicia, Kevin, Adam and Lucy, awesome great grandma of Camdyn, special godmother to Debbie LeBlanc and “English” granny to Gerri Blake, joined her parents, brother and the love of her life Wally on September 9, 2007. Formerly of Blackburn, Lancashire, England, Marguerite was an amazing daughter and caregiver to her parents and best friend to her brother, Bill. She was an accomplished ballerina and teacher (British Academy) and a dedicated office manager for forty years. Marguerite met Wally, a handsome Canadian Soldier, during World War II in England and raised their daughters Marie and Fiona in England. In 1985 Marguerite brought Wally home to his beloved Canada and resided in Regina, Calgary and lately Red Deer. She was a talented sewer, designer and incredible knitter, volunteer at grandchildren's schools and a passionate shopper for family, lately for Camdyn. Sadly missed and loved by all. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5508-48a Avenue, Red Deer, on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow at Central Alberta Crematorium.
